We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Operations and be key to scaling our business effectively!

About The Role

As a Technical Support Engineer for Integrations, you will play a crucial role in providing technical solutions to our partners within the food delivery vertical. You will guide them through the process of integrating with our platform, ensuring smooth implementation and testing.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Managing incoming integration requests from integrators and reaching out to POS companies.
  • Guiding implementation and choosing suitable integration data flow based on use cases and merchant challenges.
  • Helping integrators with testing our solutions and best practices.
  • Establishing and managing relationships with integrators and monitoring integration processes.
  • Processing and resolving tickets efficiently within set timeframes in our Technical Support Service Desk, as well as providing support in various Slack channels.


About you:

  • A solid understanding of APIs, middleware integrations, and experience with API testing; previous experience with API management tools such as Postman is a plus.
  • Project management skills to help partners implement and manage integrations, prioritize our integration requests accordingly and increase efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive approach to identifying improvement areas and driving business growth.
