We are looking for a sharp, data-driven, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our ride-hailing operations in Paraguay, as part of the Fleets domain.

About The Role
As an Operations Coordinator in the Fleets domain, you will play a critical role in strengthening and growing Bolt’s network of fleet partners and vehicles. This position demands ownership, analytical sharpness, and execution discipline to ensure our fleet ecosystem is efficient, scalable, and sustainable.
You will work with data to uncover insights, design local strategies to improve vehicle availability and utilization, and foster strong relationships with fleet partners. Your work will directly impact supply reliability, partner satisfaction, and marketplace balance in Paraguay, while aligning with Bolt’s broader mission to make cities for people, not cars.

About The Role
As an Operations Coordinator in the Fleets domain, you will play a critical role in strengthening and growing Bolt’s network of fleet partners and vehicles. This position demands ownership, analytical sharpness, and execution discipline to ensure our fleet ecosystem is efficient, scalable, and sustainable.
You will work with data to uncover insights, design local strategies to improve vehicle availability and utilization, and foster strong relationships with fleet partners. Your work will directly impact supply reliability, partner satisfaction, and marketplace balance in Paraguay, while aligning with Bolt’s broader mission to make cities for people, not cars.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Fleet Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key fleet metrics such as vehicle utilization, earnings, and availability to ensure marketplace efficiency.
- Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and managers, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring alignment with Bolt’s standards and objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks in fleet onboarding, maintenance, and performance; design and implement scalable solutions.
- Data Analytics: Use large datasets to detect trends, measure program impact, and propose strategic improvements in fleet supply and quality.
- Supply Growth: Develop and execute initiatives to attract and retain fleet partners and vehicles, improving supply reliability in key markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Driver Operations, Legal, Product, and HQ stakeholders to align local strategies with global priorities.
- You have 1+ years of experience in operations, partner management, customer engagement, or strategy, ideally in tech, mobility, or consulting.
- You are highly analytical and comfortable working with datasets (Excel/Google Sheets as a must; SQL, BI tools like Looker/Tableau, or Python as a plus).
- You are a strong communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills in both Spanish and English.
- You are detail-oriented, structured, and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership.
- You are proactive in problem-solving and adapt quickly to change.
