We are seeking a Business Development and Partnership Strategy Associate to support the Head of Corporate Partnerships – Autonomous Driving. This role involves structuring and analysing partnership data, developing business cases, driving partnership discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives across the Autonomous Driving value chain globally.

About The Role
As a Business Development and Partnership Strategy Associate, you will support the Head of Corporate Partnerships – Autonomous Driving in structuring and analysing partnership data, developing business case models, and producing high-quality presentations. You will also manage follow-up activities to maintain partnership relationships and ensure the timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to support negotiations with partners across the Autonomous Driving value chain, contributing to strategic initiatives that drive business growth and innovation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your consulting skills and gain exposure to a rapidly evolving technology sector.

About The Role

You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to support negotiations with partners across the Autonomous Driving value chain, contributing to strategic initiatives that drive business growth and innovation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your consulting skills and gain exposure to a rapidly evolving technology sector.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Collect, structure, analyse, and package data to inform a wide range of partnership decisions.
- Contribute ideas and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall partnership strategy.
- Support the assessment, negotiation, and execution of partnership initiatives from concept through to successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Managing Director – Autonomous Driving to implement a best-in-class partnership approach.
- Assist the management team in structuring partnership documentation and processes.
- Contribute to the development of strategic relationships across technology, policy, regulatory, and broader business domains.
- You have 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced analytics, consulting or banking role, applying analytical and problem-solving skills, to synthesise complex data into actionable insights. Experience of corporate development and strategic partnerships work would be a bonus.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, and possess strong principles for producing executive-friendly, structured, and visually clear documentation to enable effective decision-making.
- You possess a good understanding of autonomous driving technology and the broader ecosystem, including key technologies and regulatory considerations, and are motivated to play a pivotal role in shaping the Autonomous Driving industry.
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt quickly to change.
- You have the drive to lead initiatives through to completion, even when facing challenging final stages.
- You excel in building and managing international relationships, and you enjoy working and travelling across multiple time zones.
