We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Deals Sales Manager to join the Bolt Food team in Bucharest to drive high-value partnerships with leading restaurant groups and key accounts.

About The Role

As a Strategic Deals Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for negotiating and closing high-value partnerships with top restaurant groups and key accounts at city level — from identification and engagement to negotiation, signing, and launch. You’ll work closely with senior decision-makers to build long-term partnerships that expand Bolt Food’s selection and drive sustainable growth.

These partnerships are pivotal for expanding Bolt Food’s selection, strengthening customer choice, and driving sustainable growth. The role requires advanced negotiation skills, structured execution, and the ability to manage long and complex deal cycles with senior decision-makers.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of top target accounts at city level and ensure timely deal closures.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with senior stakeholders, balancing commercial attractiveness with sustainability.
  • Evaluate deal economics and model ROI to ensure agreements contribute to Bolt’s growth objectives.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with executives at leading restaurant groups.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to unlock complex agreements requiring persistence and extended negotiation cycles.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth partner launches.
  • Coordinate with Account Management for seamless onboarding and handover of newly signed accounts.
  • Track deal velocity, risks, and pipeline progress, and provide regular updates on business impact.


About you:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships (Horeca, Retail, Food Service, or Technology preferred).
  • You have a proven track record of negotiating and closing large, complex deals with senior stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate strong financial acumen and can evaluate deal structures and model ROI.
  • You excel in relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative sales.
  • You are structured, persistent, and resilient, thriving in long negotiation cycles.
  • You adapt quickly in fast-paced, competitive environments.
  • You are fluent in Romanian and preferably English.
