We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our Advertising Products & Monetization group. You’ll be responsible for our brand-new Advertising business line, taking on the challenge of scaling it further across Bolt Food and other business verticals globally, and obsessing about building the best possible product for our current and future clients, while keeping an eye on great user experience.

- Lead the vision, strategy, and growth-focused execution for Bolt’s advertising products and partnership programmes relevant across Bolt Food, Bolt Market, Rides, and other business verticals.
- End-to-end ownership – from presenting a new business case to product launch and from the first customer to scale up across all our markets.
- Set and deliver both short- and long-term roadmaps for your product group, aligned with the company’s goals, commercial teams, and hold the team accountable for meeting them.
- Keep everyone in the loop by clearly communicating strategy and product updates to internal teams, senior leadership, and C-level executives.
- Contribute to the growth strategy for each business vertical and across Bolt.
- You have 10+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years at a senior level where you delivered on a strategy you crafted and were accountable for the outcomes.
- Hands-on experience building 0-to-1 and/or managing advertising products in companies with a large customer base with a proven track record of business results at a high quality bar. Doing so in marketplace businesses is a plus.
- Strong business acumen; you are very analytical, quantify the impact of business decisions on the P&L, and can operate under uncertainty.
- Great team player with strong written and verbal communication skills; you can simplify complex concepts into universally understood business narratives and build great partnerships across functions and geographies.
- Degree in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields; proficient English.
