About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Workplace & People Operations Specialist to join our team at Bolt Food Georgia. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your HR career while supporting recruitment, employee engagement, administration, and daily office operations. You’ll get exposure to the full employee lifecycle while helping us create a workplace where people love to work.

Monthly gross salary: 1,945 GEL + biannual performance-based bonuses

Probation period: 6 months

Hybrid work opportunity: Option to work remotely 1 day per week

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Supporting the recruitment process: posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting first-round interviews for entry-level rolestext
• Coordinating candidate communications, home task distribution, and assisting with smooth onboarding
• Preparing and maintaining HR documents (contracts, terminations, benefits, insurance updates) and keeping employee records accurate
• Assisting with engagement initiatives, surveys, and performance review tracking
• Managing daily office operations: supplies, housekeeping schedules, and building administration liaison
• Keeping HR databases and trackers up to date to ensure smooth operations and compliance
  
  
  

About you:

• You are enthusiastic about People Operations and workplace experience
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• You can multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• You’re fluent in written and spoken English and Georgian
• You’re comfortable using office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office: Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Previous HR, recruitment, or office administration experience is a plus (internships count)
