We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Tallinn. You will be responsible for ideating and executing B2B marketing campaigns like online and offline acquisition, as well as long-term strategic marketing plans and pilots.

We’re looking for someone with a strong ambition to move things forward while being curious to uncover new high-ROI channels and drive B2B initiatives to engage thousands of people.

About The Role

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Increase Bolt’s brand visibility and affinity among Bolt Business customers
- Coordinate go to market initiatives with multiple functions, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Providing market research, business cases and marketing strategies for B2B lead acquisition, onboarding, and retention
- Work with the online ads, lifecycle marketing and web presence teams to optimize and scale acquisition
- Analyzing the efficiency of campaigns and making sure our campaigns have positive ROIs
- Review and analyze the performance of all Bolt Business marketing activities
- You will have 4+ years experience in digital marketing and experience with B2B online user acquisition and ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
- Experience with various marketing activities, including performance marketing, social media, copywriting, email communications
- Solid knowledge of Excel/ Google Sheets or similar tools
- Marketing KPIs proficiency (e.g. CPM, CPC, CPI, cLTV, ROI)
- Data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing campaign results
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English
