We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join the CEE regional team, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. This role is designed to embed sales operations at the sub-regional level, enabling faster execution and supporting the region in achieving sales results.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on operational and execution support to the Regional Sales Manager, including preparing sales notes, formatting presentations, pulling performance data, and coordinating strategic initiatives across teams.
- Build and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards to deliver actionable sales insights, analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities, and share proactive recommendations to influence regional strategies.
- Manage and optimize the SFDC environment by improving automation, lead routing, and data integrity; track pipeline consistency and standardize sales processes across the CEE region.
- Monitor and support lead flow, quality, and conversion tracking across all channels; assist local teams in optimizing lead handling and qualification processes.
- Demonstrate ownership and adaptability by managing multiple tasks and collaborating cross-functionally, all while ensuring deadlines are met and execution is aligned with strategic objectives.
- Actively contribute to enhancing sales performance, process efficiency, and overall team effectiveness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You have 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar function, ideally within a fast-paced B2B environment.
- You are highly proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and have a solid track record of improving sales processes and operational execution.
- You have strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and Google Sheets capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data cleaning, dashboards).
- You’re experienced with spreadsheet automation tools such as Google Apps Script and workflow integration.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker is a big plus.
- You excel at organizing and managing projects, engaging with stakeholders, and communicating effectively across teams.
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, able to work independently and deliver results with minimal guidance.
- You’re fluent in English; proficiency in a Central and Eastern European (CEE) language is a plus.
- You bring a customer-centric mindset, strong initiative, and a high sense of ownership to every challenge.
