About The Role
We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Ride-hailing team in Paraguay. You will play a key role in making an impact in peoples choice of transport today and growing our partners businesses. If you are a passionate individual with a get-it-done attitude, this is your opportunity to make a real impact and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Analyze rider behavior and trends through large datasets to identify usage patterns, pain points, and growth opportunities across different segments and geographies.
- Define and iterate on the rider value proposition, including ride categories.
- Monitor and report on rider performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams to design and execute initiatives that improve rider experience and drive growth.
- Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the value proposition for riders, increasing their engagement and improve retention.
- You have 2+ years of experience in analytics, operations, project management, or a similar data-driven role, ideally in tech, mobility, strategy or consulting.
- You are a strong collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Spanish.
- You are skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel/Google Sheets (mandatory); nice-to-haves: SQL, Python or BI platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau).
- You take initiative and bring a hands-on mindset to your work.
- You have a strong motivation to solve operational problems creatively and efficiently.
