We are looking for a proactive and strategically-minded Senior Operations Specialist to join our Poland Rides team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of legal, public policy, and operations, managing regulatory risk, driving cross-functional projects, and representing Bolt in communication with public institutions.

About The Role
We are looking for a senior-level specialist who combines legal awareness with operational agility. You will play a key role in identifying and managing compliance risks, working with city authorities, tracking regulatory changes, and supporting our operations team with clear risk assessments. You will also act as a public-facing representative of Bolt in discussions with city governments, regulators, and other stakeholders, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess the impact of regulatory and legislative changes on Bolt’s operations in 100+ cities across Poland.
- Build and maintain relationships with city authorities, transport departments, and other public institutions.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (Legal, Ops, Public Policy) to prepare documentation, legal briefings, and strategic responses.
- Provide legal and risk-related input to operational projects (e.g. new fleet models, financing initiatives, regulatory compliance).
- Participate in public meetings and regulatory consultations on behalf of Bolt, with clear, confident communication.
- Develop contingency plans and strategies in response to identified business or legal risks.
- Create internal documentation and training materials on compliance-related developments and processes.
- You have a background in legal, risk, or regulatory operations, and ideally 2+ years of experience in a cross-functional or public-facing role.
- You understand how public administration works and feel confident navigating regulatory processes and city-level governance.
- You are fluent in Polish and English and can communicate clearly, persuasively, and with legal accuracy in both languages.
- You are proactive, structured, and confident managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- You combine legal understanding with business awareness and can translate legal requirements into practical actions.
- You feel comfortable presenting Bolt’s position in meetings with city councils, government bodies, or regulators.
- You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and bring strategic thinking to operational risk management.
