We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to join our Global Rentals team in Tallinn, Estonia.

About The Role
The Central Operations Specialist supports Bolt’s micromobility operations by ensuring that local teams perform according to SOPs and best practices, while supporting fleet and maintenance teams. Additionally, this role analyses the most relevant KPIs, and ensures that all vehicles are properly tracked in our systems and available to customers.
Moreover, the Specialist provides training and support to local ops if performance targets are missed.

About The Role
The Central Operations Specialist supports Bolt’s micromobility operations by ensuring that local teams perform according to SOPs and best practices, while supporting fleet and maintenance teams. Additionally, this role analyses the most relevant KPIs, and ensures that all vehicles are properly tracked in our systems and available to customers.
Moreover, the Specialist provides training and support to local ops if performance targets are missed.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Carry out preparatory activities before the weekly KPI review
- Drive KPI-focused mindset in the local operations
- Works with local ops teams to follow-up on KPIs and help improve performance
- Provide training and best practices to improve local team operations
- Keep the Standard Operating Procedure repository up to date. Develop new SOPs when needed.
- Support local ops with their operations on a daily basis
- You have 0-2 years experience in an operational position, ideally with a degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or analytics
- You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset.
- You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- You have interpersonal skills and can deal with various stakeholders simultaneously.
- You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
