Central Operations Manager, Maintenance is part of the central operations team.
The role is responsible for the global repairs and maintenance processes. They will define best practices to improve mechanics efficiency and incentives, create practices for seasonal scaling and descaling, and set up maintenance process controls and reporting.
The main objective for this position is to minimise the downtime of the fleet resulting from maintenance and repairs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Set up global maintenance related processes and SOPs to increase fleet availability in all markets.
- Define KPIs for maintenance and repairs efficiency and quality.
- Initiate and execute global operations improvements projects.
- Create training and onboarding materials for mechanics.
- Establish quality standards and best practice processes and ensure that they are followed by mechanics.
- Manage and support the warehouse teams by defining precise operational processes with a focus to strong operational execution and results.
- Define and lead global safety initiatives and procedures for the warehouses, and monitor compliance with them.
- Analyse data – you will monitor our warehouse operations metrics to ensure that individual warehouses are sufficiently staffed, stocked, and trained to complete the maintenance needs of the market. Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a global level that may impact the business.
- Advise and closely collaborate with HQ teams such as Product, Legal, Recruitment, and Facilities to develop and execute key initiatives.
- You have 2+ years experience in an analytical and/or entrepreneurial position
- Minimum 1 year of direct people management experience or experience managing functional stakeholders
- You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
- You are high on empathy with a strong interest in training and developing your teams
- You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
- You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions
