The role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of sales performance metrics, and excellent organisational skills to ensure consistent pipeline growth and outreach effectiveness.

About Us

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or ability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars. And we need your help on this mission!

About The Role

As a Sales Growth Manager, you’ll join the Sales Operations team and you’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing CRM workflows, and tracking sales performance metrics to drive smarter decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve lead quality, streamline processes, and maximise pipeline effectiveness.

This is the ideal role if you're highly analytical, love working with data, and want to be part of a high-performing team focused on growth, strategy, and execution.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead the generation of high-quality leads from external vendors and tools, ensuring alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and internal quality standards.
  • Own and manage the lead qualification process, including data accuracy checks, duplicate removal, and seamless integration into Salesforce.
  • Analyse key sales engagement metrics (open, reply, bounce, and interest rates) to evaluate and improve outbound strategy performance.
  • Track and optimise sales funnel metrics such as win rate, customer lifetime value, and sales cycle time to support pipeline efficiency.
  • Deliver actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders, supporting data-driven sales decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales leadership to enhance lead management workflows and drive sales effectiveness.

About you:

  • You're analytical and confident working with performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and optimise sales processes.
  • You have hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and are comfortable managing and maintaining data accuracy across platforms.
  • You’ve worked with sales automation tools like Outreach.io and lead generation platforms such as Lusha, Apollo, or Amplemarket.
  • You can effectively communicate in English, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You bring a structured, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage projects, prioritise effectively, and drive improvements across teams.
  • You're a strong communicator, naturally collaborative, and thrive in fast-paced environments where ownership and initiative are valued.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
