We are looking for a well-organized Operations Coordinator to support our ride-hailing operations in the Netherlands, that is looking to make a direct impact.
This role sits within Bolt’s ride-hailing vertical, with a focus on driving growth in the Dutch market. It is dedicated to both driver and rider growth, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new drivers, increasing activity among existing drivers, and boosting rider engagement. The role actively supports Drivers by responding to their requests in a professional, empathetic, and commercially impactful manner, always highlighting opportunities to maximize earnings, including promoting airport rides and increasing scheduled rides adoption in the marketplace.

The ideal candidate has an understanding of the ride-hailing industry, knowledge of Bolt’s business, and a strong grasp of driver and riders’ needs and preferences. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial driver mindset, who takes ownership, seeks out new opportunities, and proactively contributes to growing the marketplace.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- This role is dedicated to both the rider and driver growth domain, focusing on both driver and rider acquisition, increasing activity, and supporting overall marketplace expansion.
- Focuses on supporting airport demand conversion, helping drivers maximize high-value trip opportunities.
- Actively engages with prospective and existing Drivers, providing fast and clear responses that emphasize the benefits of partnering with Bolt.
- Goes beyond simply answering inquiries: proactively influences Drivers to choose Bolt as their main platform, with a strong focus on encouraging new sign-ups and converting interest into active onboarding.
- Guarantees rapid, locally relevant communication that highlights Bolt’s advantages and strong earning potential.
- Collects and shares feedback on missing features or offers from both new and existing Drivers, while staying continuously updated on Bolt’s latest benefits and promotional initiatives. Clearly communicates how these support higher earnings and an overall better experience.
- Escalates to Operations Specialist or Manager any insights related to competitive gaps in driver earnings or market incentives, to help refine acquisition and conversion strategies.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a project management/analytical position.
- You have a hands-on workstyle, eager to make a direct impact
- Native level Dutch and excellent spoken and written English
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Able to proactively address potential issues
- Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment
