About The Role
As a B2B Affiliate Partner Specialist at Bolt Business, you will play a key role in scaling our affiliate and referral partner programs across Europe, with a focus on sourcing and activating partners with a business audience to drive qualified leads and revenue to our B2B sales teams.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in affiliate partnerships who is now ready to step up and own a full program from partner acquisition through to performance tracking and optimisation. You’ll inherit a rapidly scaling program and play a key role in accelerating growth in existing and new markets.
You’ll join the rapidly growing Commercial Operations team and work cross-functional to ensure our affiliate and referral programs deliver measurable results. This is a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, bringing structure, and building partner programs that scale.

You’ll inherit a rapidly scaling program and play a key role in accelerating growth in existing and new markets.
You’ll join the rapidly growing Commercial Operations team and work cross-functional to ensure our affiliate and referral programs deliver measurable results. Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Proactively recruit, onboard and manage new affiliate partners to fuel partner acquisition in new and existing markets, while maintaining strong ROI.
- Scale our referral program by optimising onboarding, incentives, and partner engagement strategies
- Own and optimise the operational processes including tracking, partner assets, and communications.
- Develop and deliver regular performance reporting and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives driven by the Channel Partnerships Manager, including special projects, and partner enablement.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the partner experience and program performance
- You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in an affiliate partnerships role — ideally in a B2B or growth-focused environment.
- You’re now looking to take ownership of a full program with the backing of a strategic lead.
- You’re highly organised, with a strong bias for action and the ability to manage multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.
- You have experience in analysing performance and drawing actionable insights from affiliate data and dashboards.
- You’re a confident communicator and relationship-builder, comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
