We are looking for an experienced Account Manager/Bid Manager/Project Manager to lead public-sector partnerships and manage end-to-end tender processes in our B2G ride-hailing business. You will identify tender opportunities, drive bid submissions, and oversee contract implementation to grow our public-sector presence in your market.

The role will be responsible for the entire tender process towards municipalities and regions, and will work closely with multiple departments (Operations, Public Policy, Product, etc) to be able to prepare our offer and then submit a winning tender

About The Role

The role will be responsible for the entire tender process towards municipalities and regions, and will work closely with multiple departments (Operations, Public Policy, Product, etc) to be able to prepare our offer and then submit a winning tender
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing the tender process towards public customers.
- Writing tenders.
- Acting as the main contact towards public customers.
- Analyzing customer feedback and data to initiate improvements within ongoing contracts.
- Being responsible for the contracts, including price adjustments and operational excellence.
- Acting as a project manager (contract manager) when implementing new contracts to secure compliance with requirements.
- You have 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Public Sector Consulting, with a track record of managing government relationships. Experience delivering mobility projects is preferred.
- You have hands-on experience managing and executing public contracts and the overall bid process—from identifying opportunities and coordinating bid submissions to ensuring compliance and contract execution.
- You bring strong strategy, operational, and financial skills, with experience managing budgets, structuring offers, and delivering results in regulated environments.
- You work cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, and Finance to drive complex projects from planning through execution in public-sector settings.
- You preferably have a background in transport, infrastructure, consulting, or other regulated industries.
- You speak the local language of the target market (Dutch) and English fluently.
