We are hiring a strong operator to own and lead our Sales and Account Management programs across the new and existing business functions. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, structure, and consistency by managing two sales operations managers, each focused on either Sales or Account Management.

About The Role
As Senior Sales and Account Management Program Manager you will act as the bridge between strategic business objectives and program execution. This includes designing KPI and commission frameworks, owning end-to-end process design, identifying operational bottlenecks, and ensuring that tools, reporting, and processes are set up to deliver the commercial goals. You'll be responsible for turning high-level sales and retention goals into structured, measurable, and repeatable systems, while collaborating across country teams, systems teams, and commercial leadership.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Program Strategy & Ownership: Own the design, execution, and iteration of both Sales and Account Management programs: commission structures, KPI systems, and process frameworks- ensuring they support commercial objectives.
- End-to-End Process Management: Develop, document, and continuously improve end-to-end commercial processes across sales and account management. Ensure scalable, repeatable workflows are in place from lead/account assignment to performance evaluation and reporting.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage two Sales Operations Managers (Sales & AM) by setting goals, ensuring program focus, coaching on execution, and supporting their growth and performance.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Salesforce admins, data teams, finance, commercial leadership) to ensure system and process alignment with program needs.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Oversee the analysis of commercial performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Act on insights to optimise the impact of the programs.
- Change Management & Communication: Serve as the voice of both programs. Communicate strategy and changes clearly to country managers, sales leaders, and regional directors. Ensure buy-in and adoption of new processes and tooling.
- 5+ years in any of Sales Operations, Account Management, Sales, with at least 2 years managing people. You’ve built and scaled commercial processes before and know how to identify the gaps that block performance.
- You take pride in growing others and can motivate your team while keeping them focused on outcomes.
- Experience owning or contributing to incentive structures, KPI architecture, sales/account management processes, project management, and change implementation experience.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimise operational processes at scale. You can zoom into the detail to fix something broken or zoom out to align a regional strategy with program design.
- Analytical capability: comfortable using data to inform decisions and to guide commercial strategy. Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
