Probation Period: 6 Months

About The Role
As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing Bolt's brand awareness and driving customer engagement. Main taks and responsibilities:
- Engaging in creative projects to increase brand awareness
- Collaborating with external partners, agencies, or local influencers
- Managing loyalty initiatives, including Bolt Plus subscriptionstext
- Working on application home-screen and category optimization
- Setting up and analyzing demand campaigns for customers
- Planning campaigns for special holidays and occasions
- You are enthusiastic about diverse marketing tasks
- You are comfortable with a data-driven, iterative problem-solving approach
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and Georgian
- You can switch between hands-on tasks and project coordination
- Basic knowledge of Meta and Google Ads is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Figma is also a plus
