About The Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead up to 8 local sales teams across multiple countries to acquire the best restaurants for Bolt Food users!

About The Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead up to 8 local sales teams across multiple countries to acquire the best restaurants for Bolt Food users!
Your daily adventures will include:
- Lead International Sales Teams: Manage and coach multiple country-based sales teams to achieve national goals and drive high performance.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Own the go-to-market strategy, including team structure, lead allocation, pipeline planning, and setting ambitious KPIs.
- Revenue & Business Growth: Focus on acquiring high-value restaurant partners that deliver strong ROI and support Bolt’s growth.
- Build & Scale the Team: Recruit and develop a high-performing, cross-country sales organization in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Drive Innovation & Problem Solving: Identify growth blockers and implement solutions; lead entrepreneurial projects to test and scale new ideas.
- Senior Leadership & Industry Insight: Lead key deal negotiations, provide sales forecasts to leadership, coach managers, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- You have at least 2 years of direct sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
- You bring 3+ years of experience leading sales teams, including managing performance, coaching, conflict resolution, and incentive design.
- You are highly analytical, using data-driven insights for planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- You’re proficient in Salesforce and comfortable using it to manage pipelines and track performance.
- You’re an experienced leader with strong presentation and public speaking skills./point>
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to challenges with solution-oriented strategies.
- You have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
- You are fluent in English and open to frequent travel across multiple markets to support and connect with local teams.
