We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Global Marketing team at Bolt. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategy, helping us decide where and how we focus our time, creativity, and investments across dozens of markets.

About the role
As a Data Analyst in the Global Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for making sure we’re making the best decisions. You’ll work closely with our teams to measure the impact of millions of euros spent on advertising & brand campaigns, to identify the marketing communications that have the highest performance, and to recommend to our global and local teams serving the 30+ countries the best ways to spend their time and budgets. In your job, you’ll be working closely with our marketing and business management teams as well as our industry partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing investments to recommend optimal budget allocations across channels, markets, and specific campaigns, following existing frameworks.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists and managers to independently design and analyse A/B tests for marketing communication initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to marketing teams and leadership to support day-to-day operations, business reviews, and strategic decision-making.
- Support stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses and enhance visibility by building dashboards and reports.
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Business or other quantitative discipline.
- 2+ years of experience working with large datasets to support business decision-making.
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable using Python or R for data analysis.
- Experienced with at least one BI tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Data Studio, or Metabase) and confident in creating clear, impactful data visualisations.
- Good understanding of statistics and experimentation, including A/B testing fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
