About The Role

As a Global Supplier Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with key partners. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential to your success in this role.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop Partnerships: Research market trends and customer needs to build a pipeline of high-impact, strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Manage Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary contact to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Lead Negotiations and Agreements: Drive partnership negotiations, coordinate with legal and finance, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
  • Align Internally Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership goals with broader business strategies and initiatives.
  • Track and Optimize Performance: Establish KPIs, monitor partnership success, and provide data-driven insights to improve outcomes and maximise value.
  • Maintain Industry Awareness: Stay informed on market developments and competitor strategies to inform partnership decisions and foster innovation.


About you:

  • You have proven experience as a Partnership Manager or in a similar Business Development role.
  • You have a strong track record in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
  • You have excellent relationship-building and interpersonal qualities as well as contract negotiation and management skills.
  • You are great at making data-driven and metric-driven decisions.
  • You are analytical, a strong problem solver, results-oriented and an excellent communicator.
  • You are familiar with relevant industry players, markets and trends.
