You’ll gain hands-on experience solving real-world mobility challenges and, upon successful completion, transition into a full-time Central Operations Specialist role in one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies.

The program launches in September 2025, it will be paid, and it is full-time.

About The Role

As a Fleet Specialist in Bolt’s Graduate Program, you will play a hands-on role in driving supply-side (Fleet) growth across our ride-hailing marketplace. This role offers early-career professionals the opportunity to contribute directly to key operational initiatives while building foundational skills for long-term career growth.

You will be responsible for supporting and executing programs that contribute to the fleet lifecycle; acquisition, activation, and retention. Working as part of the Central Fleet team, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful projects that improve fleet engagement and operational performance.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, and execute supply-focused initiatives that grow and optimize Bolt’s fleet base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FleetX Product, Local Operations, and Lifecycle Marketing to understand key customer pain points and ensure smooth implementation of programs.
  • Monitor market trends and industry best practices to inform program design and execution.
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables, from planning through to performance tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of operational processes to improve fleet efficiency and KPIs.


About you:

  • You are a current student or recent graduate
  • You are preferably pursuing a degree in a relevant field .
  • You have a strong academic record that demonstrates your ability to handle challenging coursework and projects.
  • You have good communication and collaboration skills.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
