We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Expansion Lead to help drive growth in our Franchise & Partner markets. This role is central to identifying new opportunities, supporting local teams, and ensuring successful market launches across regions like the Middle East and North Africa. You’ll combine data-driven insights with strong execution to scale our presence and deliver long-term impact.

This is a 12-month temporary position to cover a maternity leave, with the possibility of extension.

About The Role

The Expansion Lead reports to the Regional Manager and is responsible for driving growth in a selected group of Franchise & Partner markets. You’ll lead market research, manage key partnerships, and provide strategic support to ensure smooth operations and expansion success in each country you oversee.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead in-depth research on competitive landscapes, market trends, and regional dynamics, turning complex data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.
  • Build compelling business cases for new market entries, including investor decks, robust P&Ls, and other internal approval materials.
  • Oversee performance across multiple Franchise markets, acting as a trusted advisor to local teams while navigating regulatory, competitive, and operational complexities.
  • Continuously track and analyze key operational and marketplace metrics, using data to adapt strategies and drive long-term market success.
  • Identify and engage potential Franchise partners — proactively sourcing opportunities and managing a healthy pipeline of inbound investor leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date budget tracking, ensuring targets, forecasts, and actuals are aligned and well-documented.


About you:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments such as startups, strategy consulting, or operational leadership roles.
  • You bring strong strategic planning skills and can develop and execute effective expansion roadmaps across multiple markets.
  • You excel at market research and competitive analysis, with the ability to turn insights into clear business recommendations.
  • You have advanced analytical capabilities, particularly in Excel/Google Sheets, to drive data-informed decisions and monitor performance.
  • You understand financial fundamentals and can confidently build and assess P&Ls to support investment and business decisions.
  • You communicate effectively and collaborate well with both local and central teams, influencing key stakeholders.
