About The Role
The (Senior) Strategy Associate in the Rides Strategy team will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of Bolt’s ride-hailing vertical across 50+ countries. The (Senior) Strategy Associate will report into the Global Head of Strategy, Rides (ex-Bain and experienced entrepreneur) and will be supporting on developing and executing comprehensive global strategies that will enhance our market position and drive business growth, as well as identifying and delivering the next billion-dollar investment opportunities.

About The Role

The (Senior) Strategy Associate will report into the Global Head of Strategy, Rides (ex-Bain and experienced entrepreneur) and will be supporting on developing and executing comprehensive global strategies that will enhance our market position and drive business growth, as well as identifying and delivering the next billion-dollar investment opportunities.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and execution of strategic planning processes at country and vertical level, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Lead the development and implementation of selected global strategic initiatives, sometimes taking end-to-end ownership over critical innovation projects.
- Contribute to the development of the ride-hailing vertical strategic goals, ensuring alignment with company-wide business objectives
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and threats in existing and potential future markets
- The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments and/or Management Consulting, a proven track record delivering strong process- and project management
- A collaborative mindset with excellent analytical skills.
- Classification as Senior Strategy Associate vs Strategy Associate depending on background and experience.
