About The Role

The Safety Specialist is responsible for leveraging their expertise in the Domain area to support the effective execution of programs and projects. They will collaborate closely with colleagues, actively contribute to discussions, and demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and development.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional Safety stakeholders, such as Product Safety, Customer Support, and Local Operations teams, to identify root causes of safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collect, document, and evaluate market-specific Safety standards and identify associated gaps.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Safety improvement plan.
  • Compile and maintain Safety playbooks for the Local Operations team.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of Safety features at the market level to improve Safety KPIs.


About you:

  • You are a current student or recent graduate (within the past 12 months).
  • You are pursuing or holding a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Operations Management, Policy, Statistics).
  • You have demonstrated initiative and motivation through extracurricular involvement, personal projects, internships, or leadership roles.
  • You have strong English communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
