About The Role

Working closely with the Operations Team Lead, as an Operations Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company adheres to all legal standards and regulations, safeguarding our reputation and facilitating our growth in the urban mobility sector. This is a great opportunity for those who are eager to immerse themselves in the world of account management, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic and transformative industry.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Document Review and Assurance: Support examination of documents from business partners and business contracts meticulously, ensuring all submissions are compliant and meet our high standards.
  • Business Partner Onboarding: Collaborate with business partners to ensure smooth integration into our app. Responding and finding resolutions to fleet owner issues in-person and over email.
  • Responding to escalated driver issues from the CS team, both in person and via email.
  • Based on received tickets, categorizing issues and optimising procedures for the CS team.
  • Analytical Excellence: Bring an analytical approach to tasks, scrutinising data to enhance efficiency.
  • Innovative Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.


About you:

  • You have 1+ years of professional experience in operations or customer service. You are fluent in both English and Polish, capable of engaging in professional communications without barriers. Ukrainian and Russian languages are nice to have.
  • Your approach to problem-solving is deeply rooted in a data-driven and analytical mindset, supported by your proficiency in Excel.
  • You have a detail-oriented approach to everyday responsibilities.
  • You are not just a participant but a driver of your work, demonstrating a proactive and hands-on approach to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment comes naturally to you, adapting swiftly to evolving situations while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Your ability to collaborate effectively, coupled with your excellent communication skills, makes you a valued team member.
