About The Role

As a Community Specialist, you’ll use your communication skills, creativity, and analytical mindset to build and nurture online and offline communities for our drivers and couriers across Thailand. You’ll ensure our community members are engaged, informed, and supported—helping to foster brand loyalty and drive participation in Bolt’s initiatives.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build and manage online and offline driver/courier communities—including LINE, Facebook Groups, YouTube, and Instagram—to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Respond to community questions, resolve issues, and provide timely information to keep the community informed and supported.
  • Organize and execute community events, training sessions, and meet-ups to strengthen connections and encourage active participation.
  • Develop and distribute localized content, newsletters, FAQ materials, and announcements to keep the community updated on changes, tips, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visuals and educational content tailored to the community’s needs.
  • Assist in rolling out incentive campaigns, referral programs, and competitions for drivers and couriers, and gather feedback to optimize future initiatives.


About you:

  • You are proactive in collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, support) to promote driver acquisition events and execute campaigns.
  • You have experience supporting on-ground execution—including pre-event promotion, event day support, and post-event follow-up with leads.
  • You are skilled in tracking and analyzing campaign performance using internal tools and community feedback.
  • You excel at collecting and analyzing feedback from the community through surveys, interviews, and group discussions to identify actionable insights.
  • You are adept at monitoring community engagement metrics, satisfaction, and behavior trends, and can provide regular reports to regional teams.
  • You proactively identify high-risk drivers/couriers for churn and implement targeted retention strategies in partnership with support and operations teams.
