About the role
We are looking for a Data Analyst Graduate to join our Analytics team and help shape the future of urban transportation. You’ll fuel business growth, improve operational efficiency, and help scale critical analytical processes across 50+ countries and 600+ cities.
In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Bolt, using data to unlock insights, drive decision-making, and build scalable analytics systems that power our Ride-Hailing operations.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Partner with domain managers to drive data-informed decision-making and improve efficiency.
- Lead the development, monitoring, and alignment of key KPIs with strategic business goals.
- Implement automated workflows and optimise manual processes using scripting and analytics tooling.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards in Looker that reflect real-time business needs.
- Define and enforce best practices for reliable and secure data exposure across teams.
- Collaborate with program managers, operations leaders, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
About you:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (a Master’s is a plus).
- You have a strong interest in data analytics, KPI development, data modelling, and dashboard creation.
- You are proficient in SQL and Python (required).
- Experience with Presto, DBT, Looker, and Databricks is a plus.
- You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- You’re motivated by automation, process optimisation, and scaling tools and workflows through scripting and data engineering best practices.
