We are looking for a Marketing Manager, who will be responsible globally for ideating, planning and executing all of the passenger-facing marketing campaigns for the newly launched luxury chauffeur service of Bolt. This includes online and offline acquisition, as well as long-term strategic marketing plans and pilots.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Increase Bolt Chauffeur’s brand visibility and affinity among Passengers, globally
- Coordinate and execute go-to-market initiatives with multiple functions and help uncover best-performing tactics
- Provide market research, business cases and marketing strategies for lead acquisition, onboarding, and retention
- Work with the online ads and web presence teams to optimize and scale acquisition
- Review, analyze and report the performance and efficiency of all marketing activities and make sure our campaigns have positive ROIs
- Budget, structure and oversee online and offline initiatives
- 5+ years experience marketing with various activities, including performance marketing, social media, copywriting, email communications
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities, online user acquisition, navigating key external stakeholders and bringing new business opportunities to life
- Solid knowledge of Excel/ Google Sheets or similar tools
- Proactive planning and campaign execution
- Data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing campaign results with Marketing KPIs proficiency (e.g. CPM, CPC, CPI, cLTV, ROI)
- Strong self-starter, get-things-done attitude with good collaboration and excellent communication skills in English
