We’re looking for a Regional People Partner to join our team in Riga, Latvia.
Please note that this is a full-time, permanent employment opportunity. The yearly gross salary for this role ranges from 34,400€ to 49,000€ and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

About The Role
The People Partner plays a crucial role in collaborating with in-country managers to drive business results and enable people strategies within our countries. This involves identifying key themes from local teams through data analysis and stakeholder engagement. The role works closely with various People team colleagues in their countries and relevant centres of expertise to ensure effective manager and employee experiences while implementing people objectives aligned with the relevant country business strategy.
You will be responsible for aligning people initiatives, implementing tactical and operational People initiatives aligned with Bolt’s overall People strategies, to Managers in the Country/-s to help improve team performance across the countries supported. Collaboration with People Centres of Expertise and other stakeholders is essential for driving operational excellence in the respective markets.

About The Role

Collaboration with People Centres of Expertise and other stakeholders is essential for driving operational excellence in the respective markets.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with local leaders by providing HR guidance, coaching, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive and implement People initiatives across performance management, talent development, compensation reviews, D&I, and employee engagement — ensuring alignment with global People Partner standards.
- Champion employee experience by leading engagement and well-being initiatives, promoting diversity and inclusion, and supporting high-performing teams across countries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People teams to ensure consistent service delivery and leadership development in line with regional strategy.
- Manage employee relations matter and compliance with local labour laws.
- Draft and maintain country-specific policies, support manager training, and promote compliance with Bolt’s People processes and governance standards.
- 3–4 years of experience as a People Partner, with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Track record of successfully leading and implementing People initiatives across the full HR value chain.
- Solid experience in employee relations and sound knowledge of local labour laws.
- Skilled in problem-solving, prioritising tasks, and managing multiple projects in a global environment.
- Comfortable using talent analytics to generate reports and extract insights from employee data.
