Your role will involve expanding our current supply, improving quality and performance, and managing operational processes. Additionally, you'll lead short-term projects aimed at addressing these objectives.

About The Role
As a Courier Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the Courier Operations Manager to drive business growth in Romania by meeting supply growth milestones and achieving key metrics. Your role will involve expanding our current supply, improving quality and performance, and managing operational processes. Additionally, you'll lead short-term projects aimed at addressing these objectives.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting the Bolt Food Delivery operations in the country.
- Executing processes efficiently. Efficiency is our priority—you will help us find the most efficient way to register new couriers through fleet partnerships, verify documentation, and streamline other processes at scale.
- Analyzing key operational metrics, such as utilization rate, rejected orders, online hours, and delivery time—these metrics define the success of our marketplace business.
- Ensuring we maintain high service quality by enforcing quality standards and ensuring our couriers meet the highest service standards for our customers.
- Providing efficient solutions to courier-related issues to help keep them engaged and satisfied.
- You have relevant experience (1-3 years) in a role/roles with focus on working with numbers, metrics and/or analytics.
- You are an analytical thinker who loves solving problems (strong Excel/Sheets skills are a must).
- You are a graduate or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
- You are resilient and persistent, overcoming challenges with new findings and learning points.
- You have excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian.
