About The Role
We are looking for a Receptionist - someone with a passion to help and guide people, often being the first person our partners or our own employees meet when coming to the office. The one who would greet, guide and make people feel welcome.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Take care of our office reception area and ensure our office is a nice, welcoming and effective place to work.
- Meet and greet our employees or guests visiting our office.
- Collect and organise packages, mail, invoices, receipts and forward those to correct stakeholders (including opening, scanning, archiving the sensitive documents).
- Help with Office-related administratice tasks, support employees onboarding and offboarding.
- Help to organise events and celebrations for teams.
- Assist our Workplace Experience Manager, Workplace Real-Estate team and other local teams.
- You care about people and are passionate about helping others.
- You have excellent spoken and written Polish and English (any other language is a plus).
- You have very good attention to detail.
- You are passionate about new technology and communicating with international team.
- You can handle delicate information trusted to you.
