About The Role

As an Operations Specialist, you won’t just manage processes — you’ll take full ownership of them. Your mission will be to constantly improve, innovate, and challenge the status quo to ensure our platform runs at peak performance.

You’ll play a crucial role in fine-tuning our marketplace dynamics, balancing supply and demand, and driving operational efficiency at scale. Working at the intersection of data and impact, you’ll uncover growth opportunities, propose smart solutions, and help us build a ride-hailing experience that’s seamless, sustainable, and scalable.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of local initiatives and improvements — from identifying inefficiencies to delivering measurable results.
  • Analyze marketplace performance and translate data into actionable strategies that improve efficiency, availability, and partner satisfaction.
  • Work across the full lifecycle of our partners — from onboarding and engagement to retention and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Support, Product, HQ Ops) to align on priorities and drive operational success.
  • Identify growth opportunities, build business cases, and launch initiatives to improve the health of the marketplace.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders alike.


About you:

  • 2+ years experience in an operational, sales, or project management role.
  • Feluent (written and verbal) English and Swedish.
  • A proactive, owner’s mindset — you don’t wait for things to improve, you make them better.
  • You are skilled in data analysis using tools like Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable using data to understand marketplace dynamics and guide decision-making.
  • Collaborative team player and relationship-builder with internal teams and external partners.
  • Curious, analytical, and constantly looking for smarter ways to work.
