We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our company in Georgia. You’ll own the financial performance of the business, ensuring sound fiscal management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. You’ll oversee the Accounting team, guiding them to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes.

About The Role
This is a leadership role that combines hands-on financial management with cross-functional collaboration and strategic input.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Taking full ownership of the company’s financial performance—monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics, P&L, cash flow, and budget adherence.
- Leading the Accounting team to ensure robust processes, strong internal controls, and compliance with both Georgian legislation and international standards (IFRS).
- Overseeing all accounting functions, including revenue recognition, expense management, payroll, bank transactions, reconciliations, and month-end closings by maintaining internal templates, checklists, and review procedures.
- Ensuring full compliance with Georgian tax regulations—handling VAT, income tax, rs.ge reporting, and communication with tax authorities, banks, and auditors.
- Coordinating the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and review of financial statements, forecasts, performance dashboards, and supporting strategic planning through data insights, scenario modeling and risk analysis.
- Driving improvements in financial systems and processes, tools, and workflows through automation and best practices. leading cost control initiatives, managing inventory and fixed assets, and acting as a finance partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring finance is embedded into operational planning and project execution.
- You have 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- You have a strong understanding of IFRS, Georgian tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- You have a proven ability to lead teams, manage end-to-end accounting operations, and work with ERP/accounting software, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- You are an analytical thinker with a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a proactive approach to solving financial challenges
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and are fluent in both Georgian and English.
- You are familiar with Xero accounting software, which is considered a plus.
