We're seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of our micromobility offerings. You'll be optimizing the end-to-end user journey, from the physical hardware of our scooters and e-bikes to an intuitive and high-quality rider app experience. Your responsibilities will span enhancing user experience, increasing the quality of the rider app, collaborating on hardware improvements, driving new use cases within the rider app, and exploring opportunities with the rest of our mobility services to help people find the most efficient way to move from point A to B.

We’re looking for someone that is able to contribute directly to the group’s strategy, and define measurable success metrics on the P&L level. Your ability to build strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross functional stakeholders, and influence their strategy and decision making, will be essential to your success in this role.

About The Role

We’re looking for someone that is able to contribute directly to the group’s strategy, and define measurable success metrics on the P&L level. Your ability to build strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross functional stakeholders, and influence their strategy and decision making, will be essential to your success in this role.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Discovering opportunities to build new mobility services and experiences.
- Creating strategy and owning the big picture and the backlog for the domain
- Leading the discovery in order to find key pain points and opportunities within the existing product
- Decomposing loosely defined problems to actionable plans making harsh tradeoff decisions
- Putting yourself in the shoes of the customer and conducting experiments and research based on behavioral science to prioritize and build product solutions with the highest impact
- Aligning the stakeholders across product, operations, and tech about what is being built and why
- You have 3+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of business impact at scale ideally in fast-paced technology companies, but don’t let this stop you from applying if you think this is the right role for you
- You have a pragmatic approach to product development that balances user research, data insights, and hands-on experience with data analytics toolkits and research techniques
- You pay extra attention to detail and have passion for the best-in-class user experience. After all, you're the voice of our users
- You are business-savvy - hands-on with the basics behind business models
- You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with our cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders, and you are fluent in English.
- You have superb communication and leadership skills, ability to decompose complex solutions and insights into a simple narrative for a versatile cross-functional organization
