We’re seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Bolt Food team in Azerbaijan! You’ll support the Account Management team in their day-tp-day operational tasks.

About The Role

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll help the Account Management team cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with our partners while remaining aligned with our key business objectives.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Regularly communicating with restaurant partners via phone, email, and Zoom to monitor and support their progress towards achieving their business objectives.
• Collaborating with the Sales and Operations teams to solve day-to-day operational challenges.
  
  
  

About you:

• You're proficient in English and Azerbaijani .
• You’ve demonstrated your ability to learn fast and adapt.
• You have a data-driven, analytical mindset and can efficiently leverage diverse tools to tackle multiple tasks.
• You’re interested in new technologies and food tech and feel comfortable managing multiple projects and processes simultaneously while communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges and a strong sense of ownership.
