About The Role

In this role, you will be at the heart of shaping our workplace culture, ensuring it is safe, engaging, and vibrant. Workplace Experience Manager is the key player at Bolt in making the workplace a desirable and effective environment for everyone.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Office environment management: Ensure that the Bucharest office is a welcoming and efficient environment. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the physical office space, including any office relocations. Ensure the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Administrative & budgets: Organising and managing invoices, sensitive documents, and data. Cooperation with the accounting team. Oversee the given budgets. Ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Communication: Effectively communicate within the company across all levels. You will be responsible for managing office-related information and making announcements regarding office updates, events, and employees. You will also be a point of contact for many teams and suppliers.
• Event management: Organize internal events and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and well-being. Also, support our local teams if needed..
• Vendor management: Order workplace necessities and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers (e.g. cleaning, snacks). Negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services within the budgets. You will also collaborate with HQ functions like Finance, Legal, IT, and Real Estate.
• Lead and mentor the local Workplace Experience team.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have experience in workplace/office management or a similar role.
• You have excellent spoken and written Romanian & English, any other language is a plus.
• You have good organizational and project/event management skills.
• You have strong and effective communication skills used across all levels of the company.
• You can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You having the Health and Safety Specialist Course certification would be a plus.
