About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance & Business Analysis, Intern to join our Rides Finance team.This internship program offers three distinct tracks, each focused on a key area of the business: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Strategy, and Competitive Intelligence. You will gain hands-on experience supporting finance planning, budgeting, strategic insights, and market analysis to help shape the future of Bolt's ride-hailing business. Working closely with various teams, you will contribute to high-impact projects that drive business performance and market expansion.

This internship is designed for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, an interest in financial strategy, and the ability to work across diverse business functions.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for ride-hailing operations across countries and suppliers.
• Build and maintain financial models to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve complex business challenges and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams across Europe to support business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations that communicate your findings to diverse teams and senior management.

About you:

• A student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (experience with Apps Script, SQL, or Looker is a plus).
• Familiarity of market research, financial analysis, and business strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for solving business problems.
