As an Operations Coordinator, you will be executing operational functions and partner-facing initiatives to ensure a consistent quality of service, partner satisfaction, scalability, and support across the growing network of partners all around France.You will be working closely with a high-performing team along with the Team Lead and an Operations Manager.

About The Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be executing operational functions and partner-facing initiatives to ensure a consistent quality of service, partner satisfaction, scalability, and support across the growing network of partners all around France.You will be working closely with a high-performing team along with the Team Lead and an Operations Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new drivers to Bolt's platform
- Travel on a regular basis to onboard new drivers around France cities.
- Verify, maintain, organise and audit driver and vehicle documentation.
- Be an ambassador for Bolt and coach partners to improve their performance
- Be the primary point of contact for our key accounts and resolve any issues they might have
- Work with headquarters to improve existing processes.
- You are sociable and have excellent communication skills. You can easily network with people from all backgrounds
- You are dynamic and enjoy solving problems quickly and efficiently
- You have strong prioritization skills, allowing you to act with the main objective always in mind
- You are organized. You deliver things on time and handle stress like James Bond
- You are fully proficient in French.
