About The Role
As a Talent Specialist, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager to design, implement, and monitor initiatives across all areas of Talent Management, including Leadership, Learning, Culture, DEI, and Employee Experience. You'll partner with managers and teams to foster a high-performance culture and contribute to a world-class people experience and employer brand.

About The Role

Main Tasks & Responsbilites:
- Design & Delivery: Support the development and execution of Talent Management programs, frameworks, and interventions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication and strategic collaboration across leaders, managers, and teams.
- Data & Insights: Contribute to the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of talent data to drive informed decisions.
- Change Management: Advise or support change initiatives that impact talent, culture, and leadership.
- Leadership & Learning: Strengthen leadership capability and link performance, learning, and career growth.
- Culture & Engagement: Elevate employee experience by acting on feedback and aligning people outcomes to business success.
- You have the agility to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- You have a proactive mindset and aren’t afraid to dive in and get things done.
- You have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with leadership, teams, and employees.
