We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join the operations team responsible for exploring, launching, and scaling new initiatives that will strongly impact urban mobility and the way millions of people are moving in cities.

About The Role

You will be responsible for building; scaling and monitoring one of the large Operational programs at Bolt, identified as a main lever to increase drivers engagement on the platform, while allowing facilitated access to vehicles for our drivers. You will be responsible for the success of the project by building up and managing strong partnerships with actors of the PHV market, setting up smooth processes, and monitoring the performance of this program. The success of this project will be a key milestone for Bolt globally and will be a potential opportunity to expand to markets where Bolt is operating.

You will be collaborating closely with both local and international actors of the PHV / vehicles industry, the France Local Operation team, the Bolt Central Operation Team, the Bolt Business development team to lead these vehicle programs to success and leverage driver performances on the Bolt platform.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Program value proposition - you will be responsible of identifying the most relevant partnerships and integrate them in the program.
• Partner management - you will work closely with external partners and service providers in the vehicle industry to negotiate offers, align on process and offer implementation, provide updates and program performance KPIs and overall maintain a strong relationship.
• Processes and tools - you will make sure to create strong and optimized processes and tools to: acquire leads, convert them through the full program funnel, and track their performance.
• User experience - you will iterate closely with drivers and program users to optimize the value proposition.
• Analytics and performance - you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring relevant KPIs to track the performance of the different offers and the performance of drivers benefiting from said offers.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have 1-3 years of experience in an analytical or operations position
• You have excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and French.
• Hands-on: you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and act fast to implement initiatives.
• Result-oriented: you have strong prioritization skills, allowing you to act with the main objective always in mind.
• Pro active & problem solving mindset: you have the ability to handle unexpected situations and quickly implement solutions.
• Innovative: you are able to come up with creative and new ideas to face an unforeseen challenge.
