About The Role
The Compliance Specialist role is responsible for utilising their expertise in the Domain area to contribute to the efficient execution of programs and projects. This individual will collaborate effectively with colleagues, actively participate in discussions, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understanding and documenting the functionalities and use cases of internal & external tools that impact compliance & compliance related processes
- Gathering and documenting shortcomings & improvement opportunities for tools and processes that impact compliance
- Collecting and documenting compliance requirements per market from a regulatory and operational standpoint
- Researching and documenting Local Ops driver/vehicle/fleet onboarding and reactivation processes
- Setting up and documenting appropriate processes to maintain confidence in compliance levels
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant domain field
- You have demonstrated expertise in a relevant program area.
- You have a proven track record of successfully delivering tasks on time and according to requirement
- You have good communication and collaboration skills.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
