About The Role

You'll partner with senior leadership, lead a large team of recruiters (35–40), and own the strategy, operations, and execution of all things talent acquisition. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

This is a role for a builder—someone who thrives in complexity, scales systems from scratch, and inspires high-performance teams.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, develop, and drive the performance of a high-performing team of 35–40 recruiters across multiple geographies.
  • Partner with Department Heads and People Partners to forecast hiring needs aligned with business growth and priorities.
  • Track and improve core recruiting metrics such as funnel health, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, DEI metrics, and candidate quality indicators.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools to improve recruiter efficiency and hiring outcomes.
  • Design and deliver recruitment-related training for hiring managers and interviewers in alignment with L&D strategy.
  • Diversity & Inclusion - Drive programs and processes to build diverse talent pipelines.


About you:

  • You have 10–12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 3–5 years of leadership in a fast-paced, complex, multi-country setup.
  • You have built and scaled recruiting teams and systems from the ground up.
  • You have strong analytical skills—you’re fluent in dashboards, KPIs, and using data to tell a story.
  • You have experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and being customer-facing.
  • You are a balanced leader who can both strategize and roll up their sleeves.
  • You have experience in high-growth, fast-paced, product-driven, or tech-enabled environments.
