About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our financial forecasting products for Bolt's ride-hailing business. You will be instrumental in shaping our market strategy models, directly impacting decisions across 50+ global markets. This role demands experience in solving financial forecasting problems through data science and strong business insight. You will lead a cross-functional team, define the long-term forecasting product portfolio, analyze marketplace dynamics to inform models, own the modeling of marketplace strategy impacts, and clearly communicate your vision to stakeholders across Bolt.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• You will lead a cross-functional team responsible for getting the most out of Bolt’s global investments, having ownership over vision, roadmap, delivery, and key results.
• Shape the portfolio of long-term marketplace forecasting products and models across different types of markets and across regions.
• Deep-dive into the marketplace dynamics, customer and partner behaviors, and translate observational and experimental learnings to analytical and data science models.
• Own inputs and outputs of modeling the impact of different marketplace strategies in particular markets.
• Clearly communicate vision, plans, and insights to a spectrum of audiences across Bolt, including senior leadership stakeholders.
  
  
  

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of business impact at scale, preferably in a similar field: financial or marketplace forecasting, data science products.
• Your strengths include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Superb communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, ability to decompose complex analytical solutions and insights into a simple narrative for a versatile cross-functional organization.
• You have a proficient command of spoken and written English.
• Degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields.
• Experience in strategy consulting or the investment field is a plus.
