About The Role
We are seeking a hard-working, dynamic, and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading invoice processing, financial analysis, expense tracking, and account reconciliations, playing a key part in keeping our financial processes running smoothly.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare periodic financial reports by analyzing financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting, and develop financial forecasts and models incorporating market trends and historical data, in close collaboration with relevant departments.
- Coordinate the budgeting process, including budget preparation, variance analysis against actuals, and delivering actionable recommendations to management, while providing actionable insights to support the company’s long-term growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner companies to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Monitor payroll and payroll-equivalent disbursements, ensuring accurate and timely entries in accounting systems.
- Oversee the monthly invoicing process, including VAT invoices and delivery-acceptance documents, ensuring accuracy and promptly resolving discrepancies.
- Support financial audit processes by providing required documentation and information in a timely and organized manner.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or ACCA is an advantage)
- You have a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- You have solid proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and financial statement analysis
- You have great verbal and written communication skills
- You are able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- You are Fluent in Georgian and English and are excited to contribute to real-world finance operations.
