About The Role

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners, including the People & Workplace team, Workplace, and hiring managers, to deliver smooth, compliant, and human-centred mobility experiences. Your responsibilities will span a variety of topics, from visa and permit management to vendor collaboration, ensuring every move is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Advise employees and managers on mobility-related topics (e.g. work permits, visas, relocations, remote work requests)
  • Act as the main point of contact for external vendors (immigration consultants, relocation providers), ensuring service quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Talent Acquisition, People Partners, People Operations, etc, to support immigration and relocation-related topics and processes.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of global mobility processes, documentation and platform.
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation in mobility tracking tools and HR systems, and prepare Global Mobility-related reports and analytics.

About you:

  • You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in global mobility or a related HR field, managing international relocations and immigration processes.
  • You’re comfortable working independently, juggling multiple cases and priorities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • You’re knowledgeable about global mobility compliance topics (e.g. immigration, social security) and understand how to apply them in a business context.
  • You enjoy building strong relationships with vendors, internal teams, and international assignees and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • You have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and can work effectively with Workday, different case tracking systems, and spreadsheets.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
