About The Role
As an IFRS Reporting Senior Associate, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things IFRS within the Group. Your responsibilities will include preparing statutory financial statements, participating in audit processes, providing technical accounting guidance, and enhancing IFRS financial reporting across regions.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Act as an internal advisor on IFRS compliance, providing clear and accurate guidance on accounting and disclosure requirements
- Prepare technical accounting memos and assist in the development of accounting policies aligned with IFRS
- Contribute to the implementation of accounting policy into operational processes across business functions
- Prepare financial statements for Group entities
- Suggest and drive improvements in disclosure practices and data sourcing processes
- 4+ years of relevant experience in IFRS reporting and fundamental accounting principals
- Strong understanding of IFRS standards, including IFRS 15, IFRS 9, IFRS 16, IFRS 10 and IAS 36
- You have a drive for leading initiatives and features till the end, even if the last mile is the hardest
- Hands-on experience with preparing and auditing financial statements
