About The Role
It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build out and improve our HR Apps, being a core part of our People & Workplace team as we scale across the globe.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Provide support to Bolt end users and stakeholders on people tech tools
- Support user queries with the team, develop self-service solutions for users and proactively manage our Service Desk
- Support bi-yearly product releases with the business users. Serve as the People Tech SME on a variety of projects of various sizes
- Maintain key People Tech system elements such as business processes, role assignments and reorganisation
- Work with People Analytics team to constantly improve data quality and resolve root causes
- Participate in the ongoing development of the people tech tooling, bring requests from the business to life
- Work on assigned enhancements including collecting requirements, testing new configuration and deploying to production
- Help with building custom reports and dashboards
- Provide guidance and training to the rest of People & Culture and Bolt employees on the use of the Workday system
- Customer mindset
- Ideally Workday HCM hands-on configuration and support experience
- Knowledge of Core HCM concepts like business processes, organizations, security, reporting etc.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities at a time
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- You are autonomous and not afraid to operate amongst uncertainty
- You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems
- You are organised. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress like James Bond
- You are social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds
- Nice to have (not mandatory) : Previously Certified Workday Consultant. Good understanding of HR best practices. Advance knowledge in MS Excel and G Suite. Experience working with ticket management in Jira. Experience working with Scrum or other Agile methodology/point>
