About The Role
The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for maintaining a high service level, running daily operations and driving a cost-effective office function, while making sure the local teams have a supportive and effective work environment.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Take care of our offices to ensure our employees have a nice, welcoming, and effective place to work in.
- Order office supplies and office snacks, in line with company guidelines and procedures while keeping track of all office-related budgets in line with company guidelines and procedures.
- Support with HR-related admin tasks and work alongside the People team, including employees’ onboarding and offboarding or assist in ensuring H&S compliance.
- Collect and organise mail, invoices, receipts, and forward those to the correct stakeholders (including opening, scanning, and archiving sensitive documents).
- Organise office events and create traditions to enhance the company culture in the office.
- Other - because Bolt is a fast-developing startup, and there is always something around the corner.
- Positive can-do and hands-on attitude with attention to detail and being able to prioritize.
- Passion about caring and supporting others.
- Previous or equivalent experience in Workplace Management.
- Excellent spoken and written French and English (any other language is a plus).
- Confidentiality with all information entrusted to you, diplomacy while working with other international teams, and being able to strongly communicate messages in a simple but accurate way to all levels in the organization.
