We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing development of our Salesforce instance for Bolt Food’s Commercial teams. The main focus of this role is hands-on development: designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions within Salesforce. You’ll contribute to structured solution design, maintain clear documentation, and help identify and address gaps in systems and processes. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate both technical and business topics.

About The Role

You’ll collaborate closely with fellow Salesforce engineers, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions while ensuring technical excellence and system reliability.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Salesforce Custom Development: Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Flows, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Automation Building: Build and optimize automations with Flows, Process Builder, and native Salesforce tools to streamline business processes.
- System Integrations: Support and maintain integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and high performance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code following Salesforce best practices and internal development standards.
- Solution Design & Bug Fixes: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, propose solutions, and investigate and resolve Salesforce bugs in a structured manner.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of solutions, system architecture, and development processes.
- Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience with demonstrable skills.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Flows, and declarative tools.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and common development patterns.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement robust solutions.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and a structured approach.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
