We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing development of our Salesforce instance for Bolt Food’s Commercial teams. The main focus of this role is hands-on development: designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions within Salesforce. You’ll contribute to structured solution design, maintain clear documentation, and help identify and address gaps in systems and processes. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate both technical and business topics.

About The Role

The Global Commercial Enablement team brings together specialists across engineering, operations, and strategy to build scalable solutions for Bolt Food’s Commercial teams. As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Salesforce platform: owning development initiatives, influencing solution design, and driving improvements across systems and processes. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow Salesforce engineers, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions while ensuring technical excellence and system reliability.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Salesforce Custom Development: Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Flows, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Automation Building: Build and optimize automations with Flows, Process Builder, and native Salesforce tools to streamline business processes.
• System Integrations: Support and maintain integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and high performance.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code following Salesforce best practices and internal development standards.
• Solution Design & Bug Fixes: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, propose solutions, and investigate and resolve Salesforce bugs in a structured manner.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of solutions, system architecture, and development processes.
  
  
  

About you:

• Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience with demonstrable skills.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Flows, and declarative tools.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and common development patterns.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement robust solutions.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and a structured approach.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
